Owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Resilient/Agromino Group and co-owner of Czech agri-energy company ZD Dobruška. He has an entrepreneurial background of more than 25 years’ experience in the agricultural and financial sectors.Mr. Krogman holds MSc from the University of Economics, Prague.
Anastázie Vaňková serves as Managing Director of the Resilient/Agromino Group, integrating its individual parts into an efficient and strategically aligned organization. She focuses on agricultural production, logistics, and export. She is a graduate of the Prague University of Economics and Business.
Rastislav Pagáč is responsible for the management of legal and regulatory affairs in the Group. He has 15 years of experience in international law and business. He focused on international contracting, company law and investment banking regulations. Mr. Pagáč holds LLM in International Business Law from the Tilburg University.
